It's for both sets of tests.

The "implicitImportServlet" test is the one I just fixed -- you will need to update your
Watchdog to the most recent CVS version (checked in this morning).

By the way, the JSP compilation error messages are deliberate -- the tests are trying
invalid JSP syntax and wanting to get an "Error 500" status back (because the JSP
compilation failed).  As long as you get an "OK" instead of a "FAIL" on the tests, they are
working correctly.
