  fix (again) for request.getParameter() accessing queryString

  	can we possibly keep the request/response re-tooling
  	your doing out of the j2ee tree? i'm guessing RequestImpl
  	will disappear someday so i copied the setQueryString()
  	method to bridge the QueryString and Parameter constructs
  	vs a super call.
  
  	i'm going to try and add some tests for this stuff as
  	well so that we should feel a bit better about making
  	request/response changes.
