listen() is to be called once from the TServer.  If it is being called more than once, that
is an error.  This hides the logic error rather than address the root cause, so I'm not going
to merge it.  Do you have a custom server?  If not, which TServer variant are you using? 
Are you calling start() more than once?  Thanks.
