to list them all.  In the .8 release, winsdkver.h is inlcuded (fixed on trunk).  Trunk has
dozens of issues, that I haven't been able to fully resolve.  Mainly it's checking if _WIN32
is defined and bypassing code that should be used within MinGW.  For example, using _chsize_s
instead of ftruncate or redefining POSIX structures/functions like gettimeofday, which are
present in MinGW.  It seems like most of these issues could be resolved with autoconf.  Also,
from a 64-bit MinGW perspective, you C-style cast pointers to "int" which isn't permissible
in more modern versions of gcc.
