Functionality improvements:
- Disable sorting for status, progress and counters
- Add completedVertices, totalVertices, succeededTasks & totalTasks in dag details
-Auto-refresh seems disabled by default-
-Tez build version must be automatically pulled from pom file-
-Add rmProxyHost-
-Add timeZone configuration-

Looks & feel improvements:
- -caller info corners are not pixel perfect-
-Breadcrumbs & license text can be a bit bigger-
-Make All DAGs search UI & table progress bars pixel perfect, select is a bit shifted downwards, and the margins can be better.-
