Bikas Saha updated TEZ-340:
---------------------------

Description: The DAG AM currently expects the DAG plan to be available during AM launch.
Enhancing this to allow more DAG's to be sent to a currently running AM can help the same
AM be used to multiple small queries. This increases the possibility of re-using more resources
and allows drill down queries to be made more efficient. (was: The DAG AM currently expects

the possibility of re-using more resources and allows drill down queries to be made more efficient.
The first approach would run the different DAG's sequentially and require them to be from
the same user.)
