I think this problem actually refers to something completely

when mod_websh is called with file /foo/bar/bla.html the actual script
that is executed is [web::interpmap /foo/bar/bla.html]. This usually
defaults to <docs>/foo/bar/bla.html, but only if not configured
differently. Does it really make sense to check for validity of
/foo/bar/bla.html? Shouldn't the check be on 
[web::interpmap /foo/bar/bla.html] instead? Or maybe both? (Most of
the times, the actual /foo/bar/bla.html will be used on one or the
other form, even if [web::interpmap /foo/bar/bla.html] points to a
different script.

BTW: web::interpmap is not documented.
