Was Rivet compiled against that libtcl?

@ashland [~] $ ldd /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_rivet.so 
        libtcl8.4.so.0 => /usr/lib/libtcl8.4.so.0 (0x6fef7000)

Use ldd to have a look.

I take it that that is a tcl that you installed yourself - maybe to
get around the broken one shipped with Redhat?
