She needs more details:

a) How long do you need it to be?
b) When?
c) How many attendees and what is their background experience?
d) The online environment e.g. webex or Google+/YouTube
e) The Taverna installation e.g. will they have their own laptops or is 
it, for example, a setup decided by "you"?
