Carsten Klein commented on TAP5-1444:
-------------------------------------

It seems that by resolving this issue, pages named Index* will no longer be resolved.

Overriding the default value of SymbolConstants.START_PAGE_NAME set by TapestryModule to 'index'
will cause the ComponentClassResolver to find the index pages again.

I propose that the default setting should be changed to 'index', as 'start' is considered
obsolete.

> When there is both, an index and a start page in a subpackage, the index page shold have
precedence over the start page since those are deprecated. Later, support for start pages
in subpackages should be removed.
