Integrated in tapestry-trunk-freestyle #686 (See [https://builds.apache.org/job/tapestry-trunk-freestyle/686/])
    TAP5-1845: AjaxComponentEventRequestHandler doesn't handle the case where a response has
already be returned, and may append an empty JSON Object to the response (Revision 1293021)
