This is probably related to the new AOP logic, I have a guess that its because of some method
advice that isn't invoking proceed() on the Invocation. I'll have to figure out what's going
on.

the Page loaded methods should only be executed ONCE per page instance in any case. Not sure
what logic you were seeing before.
