TapestryFilter filter name must be 'app' in web.xml or will causes Service binding to fail
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TAP5-388
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-388
             Project: Tapestry 5
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: tapestry-core
    Affects Versions: 5.0.17, 5.0.16
            Reporter: Dominic
            Priority: Minor

The name of the TapestryFilter within the web.xml must be 'app' for binder.bind(MyService.class,
MyServiceImpl.class) to be successful.

If any other name is used and a page has an injected (@Inject) field it will cause the follownig
error.

[ERROR] TapestryModule.RequestExceptionHandler Processing of request failed with uncaught
exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: caught an exception while obtaining a class file
for [PAGE]
