This patch didn't pass 'mvn clean install'
I think following code in TajoMaster.java

            CatalogUtil.newSimpleDataTypeArray(Type.INT4)));

should be

        new FunctionDesc("octet_length", OctetLength.class, FunctionType.GENERAL,
            CatalogUtil.newSimpleDataType(Type.INT4),
            CatalogUtil.newSimpleDataTypeArray(Type.TEXT)));
