Francesco Chicchiriccò commented on SYNCOPE-831:
------------------------------------------------

Thanks for spotting - and resolving - this issue: Syncope 2.0 officially [supports Tomcat
8|http://syncope.apache.org/docs/getting-started.html#java-ee-container], but it is anyway
good to know that with Tomcat 9 (which stable release is yet to come) there is an available
workaround.

> I installed Syncope using jar installer (from command line).
> Install log is ok but when I try to access http://myhost:8080/syncope/ I see HTTP Status
500 - org.apache.cocoon.pipeline.ProcessingException: Cannot create and prepare an XMLReader."
> Then I went to syncope logs and I found a lot of "broken pipe" exceptions in core-rest.log.
