Do we need to wait for the Sandesha artefacts on Maven? I assume we
could rebuild, and revote while the Sandesha process is ongoing. If
something goes wrong with Sandesha then we can restart, but if
everything goes ahead ok, then our vote would be complete just before
Christmas, which would be nice.
