Summary:

   +1 to release.

Platform:

   Ubuntu 10.04 (lucid) Linux.

Tested:

   1.5.9 tarball with local dependencies (not from deps tarball)
   ((neon,local,svn) x fsfs) + ((fs,fs_base) x bdb) + py + pl + rb + javahl

   Verified that 1.5.9 deps were logically equivalent to 1.5.8 deps.

Results:

   All tests pass.
