Log:
* subversion/include/private/svn_sqlite.h
  (svn_sqlite__column_blob, svn_sqlite__column_text): Document more precisely
    when the result is valid if the pool is NULL.
  (svn_sqlite__column_properties, svn_sqlite__column_iprops): Tweak doc
    string wording.
