Basically,
you never include jquery script inside your page. I try to explain better:
Inside your page you must include only 2 script directive:
1. first one contains jquery reference (f.e.:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js).
2. second one contains your custom script (and so on).

Both go directly inside client cache, the remaining part is only
client elaboration (until you don't invoke ajax request).
