Yes, thats the log from my classes. I'm trying to achive similar kind of log, or at least print
the exact class and method name, instead of the namespace and the alias name of the action.

Is it possible to do that?

That would come from log statements in /your/ classes. The logging interceptor just wraps
action execution in log statements.
