i have completly no idea what Your problem is, but maybe this will help:
use <form action="myaction">....</form> instead of <a
href="myaction">...</a> on the jsp where this action is
also pay attention to not to add method="get" inside form tag.
If You would provide more details about what You want to do it would
be simpler to answear.
