Without knowing what an Exporter is, I don't really
know. 

You're using two different property names; did you
mean to? 

Does Exporter follow JavaBean naming conventions for
both of the properties you're accessing?

Use <s:iterator.../> but handle the inner loop with
JSTL/JSP EL?
