You can tell the runtime which SaxParserFactory implementation to use in

a number of ways, such as setting the 
|javax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory system property.|

The xmlparsev2.jar probably contains a 
|META-INF/services/javax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory file.|
