Andrea,
Content type of the pages is ok it is  iso-8859-9,
but when i use <html:errors/>
tag to display my errors,
some characters are not properly displayed.
Maybe there is a way to filter the strut tags to accept requests in given
character encoding??
or must I somehow filter the encoding of .properties file??
