Hi!
Yes, you need to download the following and use the jar file present.
http://nagoya.apache.org/poi/news/

This is the link for the 2.0 version.
Use the jakarta-poi-1.5.1-final-20020615.jar jar .
Put in WEB-INF/lib folder of your webapp.
