I'm not sure what you mean by backwork, but it is accessible from the Action
Class by overridding the setServlet Method..

E.g.

	ModuleConfig moduleConfig =
			(ModuleConfig)
servlet.getServletContext().getAttribute(
				Globals.MODULE_KEY);
