Classical Weblogic-problem...
Weblogic uses a hierarchy of class-loaders and is quite itchy about which
class (or resource) is loaded by which class-loader.

nasty, but the way weblogic does it

It turns out if ApplicationResources.properties is packaged in
WEB-INF\classes,
things would work.

Subject: problem accessing ApplicationResources.properties file

Hi,
I have a ear application (containing a struts 1.0 based war ) deployed
to weblogic 6.1,and I am having problem accessing entries in
ApplicationResources.properties file,using <bean:message key="....."/>

I found a message on the newsgroup a while ago, saying one has to
manually copy ApplicationResources.properties file to where his webapp
is deployed because weblogic only expands .class files from .war's, so I
tried manually copy ApplicationResources.properties file to various
locations under wlserver6.1\config\mydomain\applications\.wlnotdelete
and its subdirectories, but still things do not work.

I also saw a weblogic generated jar which contains all weblogic
expanded .class files from .war, but when I try to add the
ApplicationResources.properties to that jar, the jar seems to be locked.

Could someone let me know where exactly should I copy this file to?

Thanks a lot. Irene
