Hello all,

	I am using the populate() method of BeanUtils. When I add maps of
<String,String> and call populate using these methods, it works correctly.
However, when I add maps of <String,java.sql.Timestamp> and call populate
the Timestamp fields are not set. This works properly in the deprecated
BeanUtils, but not in the new Apache Commons BeanUtils. Is this a bug, or
has the functionality been changed? Thank you.
