In pre-processing, we can get rid of everything except form elements. To
make FBBuilder generic, it might be a good idea to include regular html form
tags for processing. It can therefore be used to generate actionForms even
before an html page is turned into struts/jsp

This would be used in the pre-processing phase, you read the JSP as it is
and get rid of everything that won't be necessary to properties
identification.

I believe turning off wellformedness is something to try, IF we don't like
the idea of converting it to another parser.

		to  use <br /> instead of <br>, which will make it a
legitimate XML file but
		it will still be handled correctly by most browsers. The
only problem with
		this is that some HTML validators don't like it.
