Greg Huber commented on WW-4604:
--------------------------------

Well, I have retested the startup and now it seems to start ok, without the internet, so I
am not sure what happened yesterday. It was incredibly slow, maybe there was an error in
the stream that tiles did not handle.

org.apache.tiles.definition.DefinitionsFactoryException: I/O Error reading definitions.

> If there is no internet connection when struts starts and there is a dtd definition in
the tiles.xml, tiles throws and exception :
> org.apache.tiles.definition.DefinitionsFactoryException: I/O Error reading definitions.
> There seems to be no tiles-config_3_0.dtd in the tiles jars.
