Thanks for comment. In our SIT with single instance , the issue also happen. So it may not be caused by cluster set up. we also don't think it is out application issue as mostly time it will working fine.  

you are saying session replication may cause this issue.  Are loginForm depended on session value in ognl ?  

In current deployment structure, all struts jar are packaged into WAR file but ognl jar are  at server library  level. Do you think it will cause issue ?
