My idea is still the same - create dedicated interceptor with connected interface to allow create model - something like:

    void createModel();

}

public class ModelDrivenCreateInterceptor {

    public String doIntercept(ActionInvocation ai) {
       if (ai.getAction() instanceof ModelDivenCreateAware) {

       }
    }
