Unfortunately most of my apps use sitemesh, so there's still some things for
me to sort out before I can make full use of GAE :(.

Huzzah, it works.  Once I removed sitemesh, the simple starter app
works: http://struts2-demo.appspot.com/index.action

I want to add a new option that allows the user to disable the ognl
permission checks, so I'm guessing I'll do that in trunk.  Any objections?
