It shouldn't need an SVN admin. The Tiles PMC has full access to the top
level tiles directory in SVN, so any of you can do the move. (I volunteered
for the PMC too late. ;)

How about moving

Is there a need for the extra tiles2 directory in there? Why not just
...asf/tiles/trunk?
