Fixed a problem but created another.....

I think that I have it covered now.  The parser looks at the beginning and 
ending token delimiters to determine what type of node it is.  I added logic 
to make sure that the minimum ending offset is greater than the maximum 
beginning offset.  This will address the previous issue <!---> -->.

I added theses comment scenarios to the test case:
<!--A Comment-->
<!--<-->
