html:rewrite needs action attribute in tld file

           Summary: html:rewrite needs action attribute in tld file
           Product: Struts
           Version: 1.1 RC1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Custom Tags
        AssignedTo: struts-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: torben.norling@bluefish.se

html:rewrite tag extends html:link tag that supports the attribute action that
allows me to avoid "hardcoding" .do within the jsp files. For some reason the
rewrite tag doesn't have that attribute in the struts-html.tld file.

Maybe there is a reson for this but I can't think of it.

I've tested to add this to the tld file and also changed the computeURL part in
the rewrite tag to make use of the action attribute and it seems to work ok.

url = RequestUtils.computeURL(pageContext, forward, href,
                                 page, action, params, anchor, false);
