One caveat with the patch that I posted is that you must configure an element 
called page of type java.lang.String for the DynaActionForm that you wish to 
perform multipage validation on. There was no sane way of having 
DynaValidatorForm declare this element for itself. I chose String as the 
datatype for page. If it ever becomes possible for DynaValidatorForm to utilize 
page without having to declare it in the Struts XML configuration file, it will 
get passed from the browser as a String.
