Sometimes, after the webapp has been running for a while, the action attribute of the form elements on my pages stops being set properly, and I am forced to restart my servlet container to get it working again. If my jsp page contains this: the resulting html should look like this (assuming I'm using extension mapping to associate urls with the struts servlet):
