nested:iterate tag does not work with Collections

Summary: nested:iterate tag does not work with Collections
           Product: Struts
           Version: 1.1 Beta 2
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Custom Tags
        AssignedTo: struts-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: michael@idtect.com

Iterating over a Collection does not work when using the nested:iterate tag
like it does with the logic:iterate tag. I get "Property 'plants' is not
indexed" error. If I change to a getter that returns Object[] instead of Set,
it works.

I consider this a bug because the nested:iterate tag is supposed to enhance the
functionality of the logic:iterate tag. I think this was probably overlooked
during the implementation as it's not reasonable to convert from a Collection
ot Object[] just for the nested taglib.

Michael
