Error running struts under JRun 3.1

Summary: Error running struts under JRun 3.1
           Product: Struts
           Version: 1.1 Beta 1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Standard Actions
        AssignedTo: struts-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bdturner@lineone.net

The beta version of sturts doesn't seem to run correctly in JRun v3.1
Using a fres install of Jrun, I deployed the "struts-blank" application from
the v1.1-b1 version of struts, and got the following error in the default-event
log :

07/04 19:52:04 error (JRun) Could not pre-load servlet: action
[javax.servlet.ServletException: Could not instantiate
org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet]

The version 1.0.2 struts works fine under this setup.
