And so ... if the forward.getPath() did not resolve to an ActionMapping, it 
would generate the same error that is generated if were hardcoded that way. So, 
the suggestion is not that we want the html:form to submit to anything but an 
ActionMapping, we are just looking for a cannonical way to deliver the 
ActionMapping path to the form at runtime, without resorting to a RTE.
