This has happened with those projects that have taken on Maven as their
build environment. Maven incorporates a structure for a project as well as
adding in things like Checkstyle, dependencies, changelog reports, developer
activity reports, and code metrics.

With b5 a new plug-in architecture has emerged for more tools.
