It does not list the digester package in the list of packages in struts. The docs for the package are still out there, they are at http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/api/org/apache/struts/digester/package-summary.html; they just don't show up in the list from the root of the javadocs. I presume a simple regeneration of all of the javadocs would correct this.
