Subject [GitHub] incubator-streams pull request: Streams 74

    Streams 74

    Ensures that new contributions contain a valid license header when check-file-header is
part of the maven plan.  Headers can also be auto-generated with update-file-header.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    ran update-file-header on entire repo - now all .java, .xml, and .properties files underneath
a src folder should contain an apache v2 header.
    individuals can override the default author and organization names at the module level.
