Joey Frazee commented on STREAMS-132:
-------------------------------------

This was fixed for org.apache.streams.regex.RegexUtils in c7e7ad6 but the same bug is in org.apache.streams.regex.RegexUtils

> In the getMatches function of the RegexUtils class, the content object that gets passed
in is not checked to ensure that it is non-null. When a null content is passed in, a RunTimeException
is thrown and that stream is effectively blocked.
> A solution to this problem is to check to see if the content is null before trying to
find matches on it.
