Hi Leesf,
can you please try it now? Contributors should now have permissions to assign issues.

Hi Leesf,
I've just looked this up, it seems that the standard permission scheme in Jira does only allow
committers and PMC members to assign issues. I found a page that explains the role-based permissions

But there is an alternate permission scheme that allows also contributors to assign issues
(which makes sense), so I create a Jira ticket here to change it:
Until then, I can assign you to any issue you want (you should already be able to create issues),
just tell me!

If anyone thinks we should use the standard schema, just respond.

Hi Dominik,

may be wrong. I am interest in the wrappers. And I am going to setup environment in local,
will feedback if encounter problems.
