Noted the same.

In the publish method in EventPublisher, connect method in topicPublisher
is called every time a message is published, but not closed. So the
connection should be closed as well. Will test this asap.
In MQTT this is ok AFAIU, since the connection is light weight and MQTT is
able to handle many numbers of connections. However, in AMQP usually the
connection is buffered.

As a quick fix, we can disconnect after publishing in the  EventPublisher's
publish method and test.
