Hi Jeffrey,

Its a pleasure! Yes as I can recall all changes between above two commits should be applied
to get the port mapping modification.

I do not think cinder volume implementation has any effect on port mapping functionality.
May be [~udaraliyanage] could add some thoughts on that.
