If it's the same thing as STDCXX-276 (i.e., the ICE happens when generating dependencies) it's safe to ignore it. The error is due to a compiler bug: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STDCXX-275 and the only thing it affects is the .d file in the lib/.depend directory, which just contains dependencies for make to know when to recompile the source after a change to one or more of the headers it includes.
