[Intel C++] rw_fnmatch("?", "", 0) returns 0, 1 expected

                 Key: STDCXX-836
             Project: C++ Standard Library
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Test Driver
    Affects Versions: trunk
         Environment: all versions of Intel C++ on both Linux and Windows
            Reporter: Martin Sebor
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 4.2.2

When compiled with Intel C++ (all tested versions on both Linux and Windows), the test [0.fnmatch.cpp|]
fails one subtest -- see below:

$ icc -V && make 0.fnmatch && ./0.fnmatch
